KIRNEY, Albert Peacefully on January 2, 2004, Albert Adalbert Kirney, aged 75, passed away at Laurier Manor, Ottawa. He is survived by his two sons, Michael and Christopher. He was a public servant for more than 25 years and was predeceased by his loving wife, Frances. He will be interred at Beechwood Cemetery on Tuesday, January 6, 2004.
