Douglas Patrick O'HEARN

1951-2008 Douglas Patrick O'Hearn, partner of Wanda Waye, of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Thursday morning, September 11, 2008, at the age of 57. Born in Chatham on August 19, 1951, he was the son of the late Patrick and Bertha (Blakely) O'Hearn. He was self-employed. He is survived by his partner, Wanda Waye of Miramichi; one sister, Shirley Bourque (Donald) of Quispamsis; one brother, Merlin O'Hearn of Loggieville; as well as two nieces, Lindsey and Erica. Visitation was held at the funeral home on Friday. The funeral service was held from Adams Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, September 13, at 10 am, conducted by Father John Fraser. The music for the service was supplied by William Sweezey. The active pallbearers were Bennie Dickson, Keith Holland, Blake Johnson, Douglas MacDonald, Doug Morehouse, and Leo Sullivan. Interment was in the Saint Michael's Church Cemetery.
