McARTHUR, Lise On Wednesday, February 4, 2004, Lise McArthur, in Red Deer, AB formerly of Eastview, ON, now Vanier, ON. Lise was married to Jimmy McArthur, also deceased. She leaves behind her two sons Neil and Keith and her cherished granddaughter who adored her grandmother. Lise also was the daughter of Alex Foubert and Aurore Foubert (nee Goyer) of Vanier, ON. Predeceased by her dear sister Rita. Survived by her brother Elie, residing in Longueuil, QC, her sisters Jeanninne Quesnel of Gatineau and Irene Caron of Orleans, ON, her cherished niece Patsy Chirousky of Ottawa, and her many friends still residing in the Ottawa region.
