HOWE, William Arthur Went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 15, 2004, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn. Father of Susan and Bill. Grandfather of Reilly and Rhys. Also survived by his sisters Jean Veitch and Harriett Stanton.
