(nee Daub) Suddenly in hospital at Renfrew on Thursday evening, March 13th, 2003. Lena Ellavera Knechtel of The Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew; formerly of Nobel at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife of Norman Knechtel of The Bonnechere Manor. Dearly loved mother of Glenn Knechtel of Beachburg, Elizabeth "Betty" Thomas (Alex) of South Carolina and Joanne Delmer (Dave) of Arnprior. Grandmother of Gordon Knechtel (Kelly), Michael Knechtel (Debbie), Susan Thomas, Karen Studemeyer (Steve), Laurie Thomas (Anne), Kimberly Eady (Elbon) and Kevin Delmer (Kelly). Dear sister of Margaret Floyd of North Bay, Lavina Dobbs (Bill) of Sault Ste. Marie, Carl Daub (Pearl) of Prescott and Gerald Daub (Doreen) of Iron Bridge. Predeceased by 2 brothers: Irvine and Henry. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. at which time a Funeral Service for family and friends will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel at 4 o'clock.
