Marie Jane FOY

(Foy) Retired principal for Renfrew County Board of Education. Peacefully at St. Francis Memorial Hospital with her family by her side in her 90th year, on June 12, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Basil. Mother of John (Pam), Brian (Kathy). She will be missed by her beloved grandchildren Kim (Chris), Peter, Roberta (Randy), Kelly (Dennis), Amanda (Paul), and eight great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Margaret, Ina Macie and Barbara and by brothers Norman, Bill, Hubert, Irvin and Elmer. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Tramore, she embraced life as a member of a large extended family and as a teacher for 43 years. Her unconditional love extended to the whole community as well as her family. Friends may call at the Zummach Funeral Home on Sat., June 14th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Also from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Sunday, June 15th. Funeral service will be at the Deacon Gospel Chapel on Sunday, June 15th at 2:00 p.m., followed by interment at Paul's Cemetery.
