Dominic Edmund LORBETSKIE

July 1, 1921 - September 12, 2003 Of Wilno, Ontario passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on September 12, 2003. He was the son of the late Paul Lorbetskie and Martha Recoskie. Beloved husband of Florence (nee Prince) for 58 years. Loving father of Dianne; Gerard (Marie Shulist); Carl (Georgine Pecarskie); and Gordon; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Brother of Annie (late Ambrose Recoskie); Marcella (late Bronis Utronkie); Kathleen (Max Prince); Maxie (late Esther Recoskie); Joe (Bernadette Burchat); Louis (Theresa Kubesheski); Kenneth (late Berna Golka); Stanley (Anna Mary Yeretch). Predeceased by brother Tony and sister-in-law Monica Borutskie. He is resting at Zummach Funeral Home in Killaloe, Ontario. Visitation on Saturday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, September 15 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Wilno, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to St. Mary's Church Building Fund or St. Francis Memorial Hospital, Barry's Bay.
