At Ottawa Hospital General Site on Monday, November 24, 2003. Allister Shaw age 79 years. Beloved husband of Merle Shaw (Fordham-Palamar) of Deep River. Loving father of John Palamar and his wife Brenda of Montreal. Dear brother of Alice (Mrs. Bruce Watson) of Deep River, and Helen (Mrs. Gerry Oehm) of Lynden. Loving son of the late Sarah and Roderick Shaw. Predeceased by a brother John Shaw and a sister Marion Wagner. By request there will be no visitation. Cremation. A memorial service will be conducted in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home, Deep River on Saturday, November 29 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of cremated remains will take place in the Deep River Community Cemetery. donations to the Deep River and District Hospital or the Deep River Food Bank would be gratefully appreciated.
