Archibald Hilliard WALSH

Mercifully and peacefully passed away on December 26th, 2003 at the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre at the age of 81. Dearly beloved husband of Mary Louise (Sproule) and loving father of Stephen (Donna). Best loved Grandad of Ben and Tanis. Dear brother of Eleanor Walsh (Earl) and Isobel Stark (George). Predeceased by Ellsworth (Doreen) and Katherine Gregory (Hugh). Ever a gentle man - always a gentleman, forever in our hearts. Arch was President of W.T. Masters until his retirement in 1988. Past President of the Ottawa Executive Association, long time member of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club and the Ottawa Athletic Club. Funeral was private for family members. A memorial service will be held at the Rideau Veteran's Health Centre, Russell Road, at a date yet to be determined. An announcement will be made in the Citizen. The family wishes to thank the Doctors, Nurses and all staff at the Perley-Rideau for their wonderful care and kindness.
