BARRETTE, Bernadette (nee Moison) Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Alphonse (1963). Dear mother of Sister Lucille Barrette F.M.M., Geraldine St. Pierre and Fernand, Simone Goure and Bernard, Richard and Theresa, George and Peggy, Marcel and Carol, Jean and Florence, Yvonne Renaud and Ron, Roger, Robert and Jan, Yvette Hartman and Kevin, her infant son Michel (1956). Also survived by 42 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Monique Barrette and Gerald. Predeceased by Blanche, Leo, Luc, Edgar and Therese. Dear sister-in-law to Angeline Moison, Stella Barrette and Leo Janisse. Bernadette was a member of the Good Neighbour Club and the C.W.L. at St. Simon and St. Jude Church. Visiting Monday and Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Melady Funeral Home, 572 Notre Dame St., Belle River *728-1500). Visiting continues Wednesday, March 12 from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at St. Simon and St. Jude Church at 10 a.m. (FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Staples. Parish prayers Monday at 8:30 p.m., C.W.L. and Good Neighbour prayers Tuesday at 3 p.m. Donations may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or the Hospice of Windsor. A tree will be planted in memory of Bernadette Barrette in the Melady Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 28, 2003. All are welcome.
