Walter Alphonse Sr GAUDET

GAUDET, Walter Alphonse Sr.-79, Havelock, passed away April 17, 2003, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Corberrie, he was a son of the late Daniel and Pauline (Saulnier) Gaudet. He enjoyed farming, gardening and working in the woods. He loved his dog. Walter was a life member of St. John The Baptist Roman Catholic Church. Surviving are children, Priscilla, Halifax; Walter Jr. (Jeannie), New Tusket; Dean (Jay), West Dover; Kevin (Wanda), Weymouth; Keith (Mark Climie), Toronto; sister, Laura Ford, Havelock; brothers, Dennis, Havelock; Alfred (Delia Deveau), Ashmore; grandchildren, Walter (Sarah), Toronto; Dania (fiancé Graham), Moncton; Kevin, Toronto; Marc, Toronto; Nadine, Justin, and Jill, all of Weymouth; stepgrandchildren, William and Brandon Muise. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Marion Claire Doucett. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today and Sunday, with prayers at 8 p.m. Sunday, all in Jayne's Funeral Home, Weymouth North. Funeral service 2 p.m. Monday in St. John The Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Corberrie. Interment in the parish cemetery. Donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
