Alexander Z. SIDOROWICZ

Passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital after a long illness on June 25, 2003 in his ninety-first year. Beloved husband of Anne. Loving father of Barbara (Dragos Vieru) and Dr. Ewa (Edgar Guntermann). Loving and proud grandfather of Kristopher, Eric, Stefan and Philip Guntermann. He graduated from the Polytechnic Institute Lwow in Poland. During the Second World War he served in the Polish Army in Poland, France and England. In Canada, he worked for many years at Northern Electric as the Director of Technology. Upon his retirement, he enjoyed his many hobbies and travelled extensively. He leaves family in Poland and Austria. The family wishes to thank Dr. K. Flegel and the staff of 7West Surgical of the Royal Victoria Hospital for the excellent and loving care they provided. Funeral services will be at a later date and will be strictly private.
