Passed away on September 5, 2003 following a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn his wife (Anna), his children Ihor (Edeltraud) and Olga (Philip), his grandchildren Michael (Carmie) and Patrick, his brother-in-law Bill (Micheline), his nephew Stephan as well as his brothers Alfons, Hermann and Max and their families in Italy. His sense of humour will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9 at 11 a.m. in St. Boniface Church located at the corner of Hotel de Ville and Avenue des Pins. Arrangements entrusted to Magnus Poirier Inc.
