Clifford N. TINKHAM

Clifford N. Tinkham Clifford N. Tinkham, 87, of Riverview, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, March 13, 2006 after a lengthy illness. Born in Yarmouth, NS, son of the late Fred and Eva (Crowell) Tinkham. Clifford was a retired Truck Driver, a member of the NS Fish and Game Assoc. and an honorary member of the Yarmouth Lions Club. He enjoyed bowling and the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Clifford will be sadly missed by his wife, Mildred (Jonah) Tinkham; daughter, Sheri D'Eon (Neil), Pubnico, NS; sons, Robert (Vearine), Yarmouth, NS, Roger (Pat), St. John's NF; seven grandchildren; step-daughter, Lynda Spraque, Moncton; step-son, Thomas Jonah (Heather), Upper Coverdale; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Pauline Ester (Trefry) in 1998; brothers, Russell, Stanley; sisters, Blanche, Mildred, Thelma and Marjorie. Funeral Service will be held at Sweeney Funeral Home, Yarmouth, Friday, March 17, 2006, 2:00 pm. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery, Yarmouth. In Clifford's memory donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society or Down's Syndrome would be appreciated.
