John H. Boucher 1916 - 2006 SHEDIAC RIVER, NB - John H. Boucher, age 89, of Shediac River Road, Shediac River, NB, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Sunday, March 26, 2006 after a lengthy illness. Born in Shediac River on November 11,1916, he was the son of the late Henri G. Boucher and Marie Caissie. A retired plumber, he attended La visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grande Digue. He is survived by three sisters, Rita Surette (late Fred), Moncton, Geneva Daigle (Jimmy), Moncton, Loretta Cormier (Oscar), Shediac; three brothers, Gerard (Zelia), Shediac River, Joseph (Geneva), Dieppe, Rene (Loretta), Acadieville; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Leandre and one niece, Linda. Resting at Coopérative Funéraire Passage Funeral Co-operative with visiting hours on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at La visitation Roman Catholic Church, Grand-Digue on Wednesday, March 29, 11 am. Interment in the parish cemetery at a later date. In John's memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Association, La fondation Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital, Canadian Red Cross or the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
