Alma Eileen Ackerman Alma Eileen Ackerman passed away April 22, 2006 at the age of 89 years. She was born in Magnet, Manitoba, November 22, 1916. She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Laura. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by James Tower, Eunice Scott and family, also by many cousins across Canada and the USA. Alma worked in Eatons Mail Order for 33 years. As per her wishes cremation has taken place. A reception will take place at Glen Eden Funeral Home, May 2, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Many thanks to the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital who cared for her in her last months. No flowers please.
