THOMAS, Robert Keith At the Kemptville Hospital on Monday, April 10th, 2006. Robert (Bob) Thomas of North Augusta, formerly of Napanee and Ottawa, in his 75th year. Much loved husband and soulmate of Cec Loucks. Dear father and step-father of eight and grandfather of eleven.
