HARGROVE, John. (1939-2006) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John on Thursday, April 27, 2006. Cherished husband and best friend of Kathleen (Kathie) Waugh. Loving Dad of Christine (Tina) and Carlos, Andrea and Colin. Adored Papa to Aliya (peanut) "the light of his life" and baby Maya (due in June). Will be missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters, in-laws and many friends. John's generous nature and kind spirit will be missed by all who knew him. His struggle is over, his pain is gone, he is safe in the arms of the Lord. Visitation at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344 on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A private family service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donation to the heart, diabetes or kidney foundations would be gratefully appreciated.
