Stokes, Jean Muriel Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, Muriel Stokes of Barrie, passed away in her 81st year at Royal Victoria Hospital on December 29th, 2004. She was predeceased by her husband James. Dear mother of Robert and his wife Diane, David and his wife Anne, Bryson and his wife Darcie. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Justin and Todd, sister Elsie Kirkpatrick and brother Wes Keller. She was predeceased by sister Irene and brother Howard. The family would like to express their appreciation for all of the outstanding care and support provided by Muriel's medical team including Dr. Bruce McTurk and the Palliative Care Unit at RVH.
