Eleanor K. THOMSON

EICHEL, Eleanor K. (nee Thomson) Born in Ottawa January 14, 1935. Passed away June 5, 2006 in Ottawa. Survived by her son Scott (Noel Murphy), sister Winnifred Thompson (Thomson) and brother Alan Thomson (Ruth Affleck). Also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews and their children. Predeceased by her parents Frances A. and Alexander M. Thomson, stepmother Gladys Thomson and by the father (Willis Eichel) of her son Scott. Eleanor was a graduate of the Ottawa Civic Hospital nursing class of 1956. She worked for many years at Island Park Lodge and retired in 1998. No visitation or funeral service. Internment and memorial gathering will be held in October 2006.
