WHYTE, Jannie Suddenly in hospital in Ottawa on Thursday, June 8, 2006 Jannie Whyte at the age of 71. Predeceased by her parents Tunis and Gehrejen VanDelen of Holland. Beloved wife of D. Craig Whyte. Much loved mother of Don (Ila) Condie and Ingrid (Lloyd) Bennett; cherished grandma of Letitia and Jenilee Condie. Jannie was step-mother of Jeff (Mary) and Scott Whyte and Grannie Yannie to Courtenay and Spencer. Dear sister of John (Pat) and Hank VanDelen and the late Dini Crawford. Jannie will be sadly missed by Alana, Ian and Alex Bennett, former husband Bob Condie, the residents of Pine Hill in Lanark, her many friends and all her family. The family are pleased that Jannie's wish for organ donation was able to be fulfilled at the time of her passing. Friends may pay their respects at the Young Funeral Home, Lanark on Tuesday, June 13th, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Andrew's United Church, Lanark on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Pine Grove Cemetery, Lanark.
