Gail Patricia TOOGOOD

BRIGGS, GAIL PATRICIA - Mrs. Gail Patricia Briggs of Carsonville, NB, passed away on July 2, 2006 at the age of 69. Born in Toronto, Ont on July 13, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Thomas "Harry" Toogood and Charlotte (Owen). Gail is survived by her husband Doug, three daughters, Sharon Pretty and her husband Rolly of Calmar, Alberta, Patricia Williams and her husband Cedric of Sussex Corner and Charlene Parlee and her husband Philip of Dutchvalley, two sons, David and his wife Lori of McGregor Brook and Michael and his wife Jennie of Elliotvale, four brothers; Harold and his wife Sandra, Donald and his wife Pam, Lorne and his wife Sue, Gary and his daughter Charlotte and her sister; Diane Gettel all of Ontario, 11grandchildren; Arlynn, Morgan, Dylan, Jason, Jennifer, Scott, Rachel, Jarrod, Ashlyn, Matthew and Todd, as well as several nieces and nephews. Gail is predeceased by; her son; Dougie who passed away in 1975, by her mother and father-in-law; Dorothy (Parlee) and Arthur Briggs and by her brother-in-law Frank. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch #20 will hold a tribute Wednesday evening at 6:45pm. The Funeral Service will be from Carsonville Head of Millstream United Church on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Carsonville Cemetery.
