VLACHOS, Evangelia (nee Antivahis). With dignity, decency and grace on Saturday April 24, 2004, with her daughters by her side, peacefully passed away at the age of seventy-nine years. Devoted and greatly loved mother of Caterina Deschesnes, Irene Diavatopoulos (George), and Marietta Passias. Proud grandmother of Jimmy, Nadine, Alcide Deschesnes, Lila and Morton Kalhenberg, Dean, Renata, Dimitri and Anastasia Diavatopoulos, Bill, Dimitri and Andrea Passias. Great-grandmother to Panos, Zachary, Sammy, Elijah, Irene. Will be sadly missed by her brother, sisters, relatives and friends. Always devoted her impressive energy, joie de vivre, determination and sense of humour to her family, had such love for her family. You are so loved and will be missed more than words can say. The family would like to thank Dr. Tannous and staff at Cite de la Sante for their excellent care and compassion shown. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so.
