CLOUTHIER, Alfred "Fred" Monday, June 14, 2004, Alfred "Fred" Clouthier, age 82, former husband of Irene Lake and the late Lorraine Ladouceur. Father of Edward (Clemmy), Len (Beverley), Gloria (Pete), Billy (Diane), Fred (Patsy), Ronnie (Judy), Bobby (Anne), Debbie (Rob), Jerry (Heather), Linda (Don), Sandra (Rick), Donna (Stan), Geoffery, Wendy and the late Joan. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Mass in Memory of Mr. Clouthier will be held Friday, June 18, 2004 in St. Mary's Church at 11 a.m. In Memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation appreciated. The Ottawa Citizen
