Shirley Ann CROUCH

COLLARD, Shirley Ann (nee Crouch). 1937 - 2004. After a year long courageous battle with cancer, our beautiful mother passed away too soon on April 4, 2004, at the age of sixty-six, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife and best friend of Leonard Collard of forty-six years. Loving mother of Catherine (Harald Barfod), Nancy (Steve Ross), Christopher (Betty Giannias) and Jennifer (Kul Riar). Cherished grandmother of Vanessa, Christopher, Kathryn, James, Michael, Jessica, Carson and Spencer, also survived by her brothers William (Pauline), Michael (Janette), James and Lawrence. Her love of song, dance and laughter will be so sadly missed yet always remembered. Visitation at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., D.D.O., 685-3344 on Tuesday, April 6 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, April 7 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held at St. Edmund of Canterbury Parish, 105 Beaconsfield Blvd. on Thursday, April 8 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
