COGSWELL, RICHARD BLAINE The death of Blaine Cogswell of Waasis, NB occurred Monday, September 11th 2006 at his home. Born in Fredericton, NB on August 12th, 1946, he was the son of the late Percy and Margaret (MacLaughlin) Cogswell, and husband of Linda (Atherton) Cogswell of Waasis, NB. Survived by his wife, Linda of Waasis, NB; son, Andy (Gina Hopkins) of Rusagonis, NB; daughters, Jodi and Trish Cogswell, both of Fredericton, NB; six grandchildren, Lance Chambers, Jacob, Hunter and Colten Cogswell, Brooklyn and Georgia Hopkins; brother, James (Marsha Lutz) of Bowden, AB; sister Bonnie Anderson (Vince Shaw) of Cambridge, NS, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Percy and Margaret Cogswell. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 14th, 2006 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Brent MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in the Lower Lincoln Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
