FORBES, Eric Scott Peacefully at home with his family by his side on Thursday, June 10th, 2004, at the young age of 15 years. Cherished son of Rick and Lorna. Loving brother of Christina-Leigh and the late Daniel. Dear grandson of Joyce and Ray Forbes; and Mike and the late Louise Mayor. Eric will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, especially by his girlfriend Melanie Holliday and the staff at the Ottawa Rotary Home. Friends may visit at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Sunday from 2-4 (open casket) and 7-9 (closed casket). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Bernard Church, 1720 St. Bernard Street (off Bank Street).
