David John BUBNIW

BUBNIW, David John On September 7, 2006 at 37 years of age. In hospital after complications from brain tumor surgery. David, beloved father to daughter Saydie. Dedicated and loving son to Berta Bubniw. Dearest brother to Roger, Peter, Robert and Ellen. Loved uncle of Maxine, Tia, and Jack. Cherished partner of Brenda. David Bubniw, owner/operator of ART-TOPIA art supplies and WAACO AIRWEAR of Vancouver. Teacher/instructor at the Vancouver Film School and the John Casablanca Inst. of Applied Art. David was an easy going guy who rolled with life's punches and did his best to enjoy life. Someone with loads of potential, but who's time was cut short. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, students, and his partner Brenda, who in the end was at his side virtually 24/7. Special acknowledgement and thanks to Maureen (former spouse), Brenda, his staff, students, suppliers and friends who came to visit Dave and help with the store.
