GOODMAN, Frank Corps of Commissionaires-retired Tuesday, April 13, 2004. Frank Goodman age 75. Husband of Carol Moreau. Father of Janice-May Goodman and Margaret-Anne Tomsons. Step-father of Donna MacDonald and Stephen Charlton. Grandfather of Velta and Marcus. Brother of John (Elsie). Predeceased by a sister Mary and by brothers William, Alfred and Albert.
