ATKINSON, Irene (Turner). On Monday, September 18, 2006 at the tender age of ninety-one, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Beloved wife of the late Donald Atkinson. Devoted mother of Barbara Anne (Leo), Bob (Sandy), Doug (Rosemary) and Kathy (Larry). Loved grandmother of eleven and great-grandmother of seven. A celebration of her life to be held at Concordia (Loyola) Chapel on Friday, September 22 at 1:30 p.m. with half our visitation prior to service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements done with Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, Pointe Claire branch, part of the Dignity Group.
