OJA, Elsie B. - In loving memory of Elsie B. Oja (nee Hongell), 87 years, who passed away Monday morning, October 16th, 2006 at the SRH - Laurentian Site. Beloved wife of Henry Oja and John Helin both predeceased. Loving mother of Evelyn Kiviaho (partner Eric McInnis) of Whitefish, Eileen Makela (husband Ralph deceased) of Lively and Pauline Brett (friend Ken) of British Columbia. Cherished grandmother of Carrie, Connie, Ralph, Melinda, Jamie, Leanna and Reilly and great grandmother of Crystal, Kyle, Robyn, Charlotte, Jonathan, Leanne, Eli, Isaac, Jessica, Joshua, Brody, Cody and Taiya. Dear sister of Aili, Signe, Leo, Arthur, Roy, Fridi and Charles all predeceased. Funeral service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent st., Sudbury Saturday, October 21st, 2006 at 11:30 am. Interment in the Whitefish Protestant Cemetery. Donations to Northern Cancer Research, Bethel Baptist Church or Meadowbrook Village Activity Fund would be appreciated.
