OUWENDYK, Jay - Suddenly at his residence in Barrie on Monday, June 19th, 2006. Jay Ouwendyk in his 37th year. Dear son of Linda and Tony Ouwendyk of Bradford. Dear brother of Angela and her husband Damon Romano of Barrie. Grandson of Lloyd Murray of Nova Scotia and predeceased by grandparents Barbara and Hank Ouwendyk and Mildred Murray. Friends may call at Emmanual Baptist Church (Hwy. 27 and Salem Road) Innisfil on Thursday, June 22nd, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. until time of complete service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
