Kathleen Louise WHITNEY

EDE, Kathleen Louise (nee Whitney) - Peacefully passed away on Wednesday February 11, 2004 at Eventide Home at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her loving husband William James (1991). Dear mother of Donald and his wife Carol of Chippawa, Joan and her husband Bernard Paron and David and his wife Debbie all of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by her son William Jr. Survived by many grandchildren and great grand children. Sister of Dorothy Betts of Niagara Falls, Roy Whitney of St. Catharines, Laura Wilcox of Niagara Falls, Ann Russell of Welland and Ronald Whitney of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by her brother Elwood Whitney, her sister Margaret Lebel and her mother Hazel (Whitney) Cowdrey. Survived by her daughter-in-law Norma Ede and many nephews and nieces. Kathleen was a foster parent from 1954-1977. She was a member of Willoughby United Church and the U.C.W. Kathleen is at the Morse & Son Chapel of the Morgan Funeral Homes, 5917 Main Street, where her family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7-9 pm and on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday morning at 11:00 o'clock. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
