Luisa Porto October 13, 1918 - November 18, 2006 PORTO, Luisa - Passed away peacefully at Shalom Village on Friday, November 17, 2006. Luisa Porto in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Amedeo. Loved mother of Adis and Dino Rocco; Joseph and Sandra Porto; Rinalda and Frank Scanga; Nanda Porto; and Loris and Rocco Notarandrea. Dear grandmother of Carol (John) Iachelli; Anna Lisa (Victor) La Breche; Sara (Gary) Blake, Vince (Aura) Burzomato; Vanessa Scanga; Sam (Deanna) Scanga, Sabrina Notarandrea, Louise (Chris) Porto - George; Kateri, Sylvia and Sandy (Jim) Porto. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren and a sister Dina Fera. Special thank you to the staff at Shalom Village for their compassion and care. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Tuesday 2-9 p.m. with prayer at 8 p.m. Funeral Service at the Friscolanti Chapel on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
