BEAMENT, Brenda Yvonne Mary (nee Thoms) At Ottawa on June 17, 2004 in her 92nd year, dip lomee, Institut Jacques Dalcroz, Geneva, OStJ, founding member Canadian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. Survived by her husband of 63 years, George Edwin (Ted) Beament, her son Justin, Down St. Mary, Devon, England, her daughter Meriel (James Bradford), Chelsea, Quebec, and grandchildren Daniel (Claire Dunn) and Matthew Beament, and Ariana (Simon Grocott), Dominic (Tiffani Fraser) and Tolly Bradford and four great grandsons. Predeceased by her parents, Harry MacThomas Thoms and Amy Hilda Surridge, her brothers Bernard (Cynthia), Duncan and Geoffrey (Ursula). Funeral Service will be held at St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church, 127 MacKay Street, Ottawa on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 11 a.m. Cremation Beechwood Cemetery. Reception following the service at St. Bartholomew's Church Hall. Funeral arrangements in care of the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa.
