Elma Lorraine GRAHAM

SHAW, Elma Lorraine (nee Graham). Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Friday, January 5, 2007 in her eighty-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas. Loving mother of Marilyn (Kevin O'Neill) and Graham (Julie). Cherished grandmother of Lori (Andrew Black), Kelly (Steve Mogridge), Kinnon and Kiefer Shaw. Elma was very active in Montreal with the adult community for the mentally challenged, T.M.R. Curling Club, Women's Community Club and St. Peter's Church Youth Group. A private burial service to be followed by a memorial service at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St., Ottawa on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Colonel By Retirement Residence and to her caring caregivers Carol, Margo and Beverly.
