HOWELL, Lillian Peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2007 at Ottawa Hospital General Campus, Lillian in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Howell. Loving and loved mother of Barbara (Donn Minty) and Bruce Clarke (Deborah). Proud Grandma to Matthew and Julia Clarke. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
