PHELAN, Ruth Telfer. Passed away January 21, 2007 after a long illness. Wife of the late Arthur Phelan and daughter of the late Gertrude and Arthur Telfer. She is survived by her cousins Mrs. Ann Malcolm-Tippet and Mr. T. R. Anthony Malcolm.
