Witold Eryk POLONSKI

POLONSKI, Witold Eryk. Peacefully on January 20, 2007. Husband of the late Nana McCabe, he is survived by his son Eryk Charles, daughter-in-law Olga (Turok) and grandson Eryk Alexander. At his request he will be cremated at The Mount Royal Cemetery, and there will be no service. The family wishes to thank both the staff of Valleyfield Hospital, and Residence Laurent Bergevin, for all their care and kind attention. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 1/23/2007
