Gwendolyn Anne CARRUTHERS

HALCHUK, Gwendolyn Anne (nee Carruthers) Peacefully at home, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at the age of 68. Beloved wife of Carl for 47 wonderful years. Loving mother of Stephen (Karen), Chris (Lissa) and Laura (Franco). Cherished Nana of Emma, Joseph and Isabella. Predeceased by her parents Orrin and Beulah Carruthers. Dear sister of Joan (Ernest), Keith (late Bernice), and predeceased by her brothers Carl and Ford. Sister-in-law of Anna Halchuk. Aunt of Keith, Leslie, Ian, Marc, Kathryn, Elizabeth and the late David. The family wishes to convey their gratitude to friends, neighbours, doctors and nurses. I will sadly miss my best friend, my wife, my soul mate and the devoted mother of my children.
