WIGGINS, Thomas Victor Stone WWII R.C.A.F. P.O.W. for almost 4 years Retired lawyer with the Department of Justice, Fisheries and the PCO. Died peacefully on June 26, 2004, in his 87th year, in Halifax, with his family by his side. Predeceased by first wife, Nancy, and daughter, Wendy. Will be sadly missed by beloved wife of 32 years, Carol, children Diane (Bob), Deborah, Ian (Ailsa), Christine (Paul), Catherine (Philip), John (Sandy), Jamie (Lisa), Derek, Sheilah (Mike), and 15 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Mary and his brother Richard. Funeral Thursday 3 p.m. at Humphrey Funeral Home, 1403 Bayview Ave., Toronto, 416-487-4523.
