John "Johnny" Anthony Homerski January 17, 1926 - January 27, 2007 John Anthony Homerski was welcomed into the arms of our Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2007. A resident of St., Joseph's Villa and formerly of Waterdown. John was in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Sheila Teresa Dwyer. Dear father of Bernadette Homershi, Angela Bailey, and Philip & his wife Lisa Homerski. Loved grandfather of Krista, Gordon & his wife Mylene, Jennifer, Michael, Jonathan, Nicholas, Doriana and Nathan. Loved great grandfather of Megan. Brother of Mary, Helen and their families in Poland. Brother-in-law of Margaret Homerski (Great Britian). Predeceased by his sister Sofia and brothers Frank Homerski, Father Joseph Homerski and Father Wladek Homerski. Friends may call at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St., N., Waterdown on Monday & Tuesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 10 a.m. Interment at St., Thomas Cemetery, Waterdown. Vigil Prayers will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Thomas Catholic Church Building Fund, St. Joseph's Villa Foundation or the Alzheimers Society.
