HIGGINS (HOGAN), SHIRLEY ANN - At Richmond, Virginia on January 29, 2007, Shirley Ann (Hogan) Higgins, formerly of Saint John, NB, daughter of the late James and Helena May (Blizzard) Hogan. She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Father James Higgins, one daughter, Starr Brown, one son Michael Higgins, two grand- children, Alexis and Jewel, all of Richmond, VA, two sisters, Janet Spivey (Fred) of Cincinnati, OH and Sheila Donna Hogan-Loatman of Saint John, two brothers, Francis Hogan of Montreal, PQ and Brian "Beaver" Hogan (Freda) of Saint John, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Interment took place in Richmond, Virginia. Memorial service will be held at St. John Baptist (Mission Church) St. Clement, 815 Millidge Avenue, Saint John on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Remembrances to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
