Born May 29, 1931, Passed away at Barrie, Ontario, on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. Husband for 52 years of Marriann M. Packham (nee Tompkins). Loving father of Bill (Jackie), Robert, Randy (Joy), and Leanne Rogers (David). Loving Papa to Scott and Tyler Packham, Chris and Sarah Packham, and Jason Rogers. Survived by his dear sister Margaret Burman (the late Edward), and many nieces and nephews. Volunteered for many years with Guelph, Simcoe County, and Barrie Historical Associations.
