Mary KONDZIOLKA

CHABAN, Mary (nee Kondziolka). Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the age of eighty-four. Predeceased by her husband Stephan Chaban and her son Robert (Joan Chaban). Survived by her son Terry, her grandchildren Andrew, Christopher, Gregory and Carla, her great-grandchildren Alex, Holden, Keira, relatives and friends. Resting at: Montreal. The funeral service will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Ukranian Catholic Church, 2388 Iberville on Wednesday, February 7 at 11 a.m. and thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. Visitation on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday from 9 a.m. Vichnya Pamiat. Panachyda Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Palliami Foundation or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
