BURGESS, Edna. Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre on Wednesday February 7, 2007. Edna Ewart in her ninety-third year, beloved wife of the late Joseph Burgess. Much loved mother of Chuck Burgess, and Jane Clark and her husband Don. Cherished grandmother of Andrea Palmer (Jamie), Michael and Peter Burgess, and Matthew and Gregory Coyle, Dear sister of Mae Eaman. Predeceased by four brothers Jack, Jim, Charlie and Angus Ewart, and by one sister Christine Light. A private family service was held in the chapel of the Tompkins Funeral Home on Friday February 9, 2007. Interment Gananoque Cemetery.
