CHAN, Chil-Yee Peacefully on Monday, February 12, 2007 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Sam-Moy Tjie. Loving father of Peter (Helen), Linda (David Ng), Janet (Edward Sham), Judy, Bill (Rexan) and Olivia (Stephen Tse). Grandpa to Kevin, Derek, Adrienne, Timothy, Clifford, Byron, Christian and Colman.
