Norman Bennett LIGHTFORD

LIGHTFORD, Dr. Norman Bennett Peacefully in hospital in Perth February 26, 2007 surrounded by the love of his family, after a brief illness, in his 89th year. Norman is survived by his wife Nancy and sons Andrew (and his wife Danielle) and Jacob. He was the son of Norman and Ethel Lightford of Perth and was predeceased by his sister Kathleen. Also surviving is his brother Dr. Grover Lightford. Norman will be missed by his mother-in-law Lois Arkell; his brother-in-law Kieth (Joanne) Arkell and his children Paul, Steven and Jennifer; his sister-in-law Lois (Raymond) Dewey and her children Emily and Nathan; his nieces Sue, Lynn and Elizabeth Lightford, Mary Rada (nee Lightford) and his nephew Norman Lightford. Dr. Lightford was a prominent Oral Surgeon in Ottawa for many years and will be missed by his professional colleagues and friends in the Health Services.
