Arvid Richard JOHANSON

JOHANSON, Richard (Rick) Arvid Richard (Rick) Arvid Johanson passed away peacefully on December 4, 2006 at the Olds Hospital at the age of 67 years after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Rick will be lovingly remembered by his wife of forty-two years, Barbara; daughter Bev (Murray) Stewart, son Ross (Susan) Johanson; grandchildren, Tyler, Bryce and Kallie Stewart and Jared and Curtis Johanson. Rick retired in 2004 from many years in the livestock health industry. In his retirement, he enjoyed driving with Barbara to Calgary and Stettler to visit their grandchildren and watch their sporting interests. He also enjoyed working outside in his yard. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Olds with Reverend Carlin Doeksen officiating. Memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta or the Alberta Lung Association.
