Wayne SHAW

Wayne Shaw of Chamberlain Township died suddenly on April 12, 2006. He was born in Englehart on November 26, 1959 to Ken and Nora Shaw. Educated at Charlton Public School, he was a logging truck driver locally and between Timmins and North Bay. Mr. Shaw married Debbie Porter in Charlton on January 21, 1978. He was a wonderful husband and father who loved spending time with his wife, daughter and friends. They loved snowmobiling, four-wheeling and he was known as the best joke-teller of all time. Mr. Shaw was predeceased by his parents Nora and Ken Shaw. He is survived by his wife Debbie, daughter Deanna, six brothers and two sisters. The funeral was arranged by McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart with the service conducted April 15 at the Community Centre in Englehart. Many friends and relatives from out of town attended the service Reverend Peter Dahlin officiated. Pallbearers were Shane LaCarte, Shane “Farmer” Williams, Farren Peddie, Jason Sutton, Garry Catchpole and Mark Noel Jr. Cremation has occurred. In memory contributions were made to a family trust fund.
